Oops I’ve forgotten to place my order, can I still order my child’s photograph?

Yes, you can use your proof card to access the Harlequin Web Shop here. Scan your QR card or enter the URL and access code.

I’ve lost my Proof Card……can you help?

Please contact the School or Academy directly to request a replacement QR card or duplicate access details.

What Image Sizes do you provide?

For Individual and Sibling Portraits we supply frame ready print sizes; 6″x4″, 7″x5″, 8″x6″ & 10″x8″.

Class Photos are supplied in 12″x6″ and sports teams typically 10″x8″.

I have more than one child, can they have a photograph together?

The School or Academy organises the schedule on the day of the shoot,  please contact your School or Academy directly to confirm.

Can an Image Package contain Multiple Images?

Our Multi Image packs allow you to customise all of the images in the package.

Entry level print packs are based on a single image only.

Who owns the © Copyright of my Images?

Harlequin Photography retains the copyright of any and all images it creates.

Printed images are supplied for your Personal Use Only, Images must not be copied or reproduced and cannot be used for any type of Commercial Use.

When purchasing Digital Images you are hereby granted license to use the image for Personal Use Only.

Can you edit my Childs photo?

The images displayed on harlequin.gotphoto.co.uk are cropped and colour corrected and this is our final print offering. We do not Photoshop or manipulate images beyond this.

We may be able to assist with subtle edits like a cut or bruise provided they do not cross the hair line. In order for us to do this please purchase a digital copy of the image and then contact us to make your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Harlequin online web shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

We no longer accept cash or cheques for ordering, all orders must be placed online.

If you have extenuating circumstances that don’t allow you to place an order online please contact us and we will do our best to help.

I haven’t received my order or my order is incorrect?

Oh dear, please contact us and we will do our best to put this right for you.

I haven’t received my Digital Order?

Digital order links are sent out as soon as payment is confirmed, this is normally instantly but in busy periods can take up to 90 minutes. Please also check your SPAM folder.
